The class is designed combining
ballet derived exercises
and boxing intensity,
where you’ll learn to coordinate
strong, graceful movements
with high-intensity coordination.

K-BOXING

K-bands will tone and sculpt
your body while losing inches
on your hips, butt, and thighs.
While boxing will enhance
your cardiovascular health
and will improve
your total body-strength.

BRX

BRX is a fusion class between
a TRX and HIIT workout
on the punching bag.
We will put you through
an intense circuit training
that incorporates TRX, body weight
training and interval training
on the punching bag.

KETTLEBOX

Kettlebox combines
kettlebells and boxing exercise
on the punching bag to offer a fun
and energetic way to shape up.

PILABOX

Full-body class for 25’
followed by mat dynamic
Pilates class for 25’.

Derived from the roots of professional
boxing training and combined
with the rhythm of dancing
– shadow box allows you to punch,
kick and move to the music
with continuous routines.

through partner drilling, pad work
